Introduction
Welcome to the GO Dig documentation - your comprehensive guide to deploying and utilizing a powerful tool tailored for the oil and gas industry.
In the dynamic and high-risk environment of the oil and gas industry, having real-time access to operational data is essential for enhancing production efficiency, ensuring safety, and meeting environmental regulations. The GODig Monitoring Solution is specifically designed to address these needs by providing a centralized platform that continuously monitors and analyzes drilling and production operations. It is built to handle the complexities of upstream activities and integrates smoothly with field sensors, existing infrastructure to stream live data from wells, rigs, and production facilities. With advanced visualization tools, automated alerts, and powerful analytics, the system enables field personnel and management to track well performance, identify and fix issues before they escalate, minimize equipment failures, and comply with regulatory standards. By supporting both onshore and offshore operations, the solution transforms raw operational data into actionable insights, enabling faster, smarter decision-making and driving improvements in safety, efficiency, and asset performance.
Applications
- Interactive Dashboard
- The dashboard applications two interactive graphs—one showcasing key financial and production metrics like Production, Gross Revenue, Licensee Share, GOI Share, Royalty, and Cess; and the other highlighting operational indicators such as Meter Drilled, Seismic 2D Acquired, and Seismic 3D Acquired.
- In addition, quick-access panels like Active Licenses, Active Indian Licenses, and Fields Under Production provide summary views that, when clicked, open detailed windows with relevant information.
- The navigation bar in the dashboard serves as the central hub for accessing the platform’s main modules and tools. It includes several clearly labeled tabs, such as Dashboard, Data/Report Management, Inventory Management, Tender Information, and GO Apps (Applications).
- Integrated License Bidding Application
- Bid Information
- Bidder Registration/Login
- Purchase Block Data
- Bid Application
- Bid Evaluation (server side)
- Bid Evaluation Result (for users)
- Once the bid evaluation date is reached, the evaluation process is automatically executed on the server side, based on the predefined criteria. Following the evaluation, results are made visible to all participating bidders through the application interface.
- A dedicated Results Details page is provided, where bidders can view a summary of all submitted bids along with the awarded points for each bidder. This feature enhances transparency and fairness, allowing participants to understand the evaluation outcome and how their submission compared to others.
The Dashboard serves as the central hub for real-time monitoring, visualization, and analysis of operational and financial data. It allows users to gain actionable insights through intuitive filters, interactive graphs, and dynamic indicators—all tailored to specific user requirements. The Dashboard serves as a central interface for monitoring and analyzing operational and financial data across multiple dimensions. Users can filter through dynamic dropdown filters that allow users to refine data by Organization, State, Block, Field, and Well.
The License Bidding Application is a secure, end-to-end digital platform designed to manage the lifecycle of competitive bidding for exploration, production, or operational licenses. It enables government bodies, regulatory authorities, or private licensors to invite bids, evaluate proposals, and award licenses in a transparent, efficient, and fully auditable manner.
Licenses available for the current bidding round will be displayed under the License Round tab, which users can access via a redirect from the GO Dig application.
The Bid Information page provides comprehensive details for each license, including key dates, bid type, and the current application status specific to the logged-in user.
The application process begins with a secure login page. New bidders can click on the Register option to create an account. Once registered, the bidder gains access to the portal, where they can purchase bid data and submit applications to participate in the bidding process.
To participate in a bidding round, a bidder must purchase a minimum set of data. While the bidder has the flexibility to choose which data packages to buy, a predefined minimum threshold must be met. Once this minimum requirement is fulfilled, the Purchase button becomes active, allowing the bidder to proceed with the transaction.
Upon successful payment, the bidder will be able to download the purchased data. Additional data can be purchased at any time, even after the initial transaction. Once the minimum data purchase is complete, the bidder becomes eligible to apply for the bidding process through the platform.
The bidding process is conducted in two phases: Technical Bidding followed by Financial Bidding. The evaluation criteria for both phases are predefined and published before the bid submission period begins. These criteria outline the scoring and weightage for each round and can be customized by the administering authority as needed.
Once a bidder submits the financial bid, the details are securely stored in the system’s database to ensure integrity and confidentiality. Bidders also have the flexibility to modify their submissions—both technical and financial—until the final deadline specified for bid submission.
The Admin-side application is designed to manage and evaluate the bidding process efficiently.
All submitted bids will be assessed automatically based on predefined evaluation criteria, ensuring a transparent, unbiased, and consistent process—free from human intervention.
Once the evaluation is complete, the results will be made available to all applicants.
